About me
Passion, knowledge, and drive strengthen my 20-year lifetime career as a professional counselor, five of which have been licensed. Growing up in a multi-cultural setting has provided me the ability to partner with clients and families of any cultural background or ethnicity. Perpetuating to shape an individual’s wellness, resiliency and recovery is paramount.
I am currently licensed as an LPC; hold a Master’s degree in Educational Counseling, coupled with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. My relevant work experience includes a combination of twelve years providing supportive services and case management for children, youths, adults, and their families in the private sector and with the military. CBT and short term, solution-based counseling and consultation are some of the techniques used.
My unique counseling style is to utilize an eclectic approach of therapies, ensuring the best possible outcome for my client(s).
