I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience working in the counseling and mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, behavioral disorders, OCD, ADHD, and many more.

My therapeutic approach is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have an adaptable and versatile therapeutic style that allows me to meet the client where he/she are at in there therapeutic journey. My therapeutic style incorporates transparency, openness, honesty, humor, humility, and interaction. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and avoiding stigmatizing labels.

He listens to my needs and helps me execute personal plans that fit my ability and space in life. he also allows me to be myself where i don’t feel judged and am able to freely be myself good and bad.
