About me

Therapy is a wonderful opportunity to discover the answers that are needed to navigate life's challenges. It is important to be able to be known and feel heard. It is my desire to provide a safe non-judgmental space for individuals to work through the challenges they face.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Tennessee with over 5 years of experience practicing psychotherapy. I work with clients that have a wide variety of concerns including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, psychosis, relationship issues, and trauma. My work experience has been in private practice, group practice, and community mental health settings. I counsel clients that range in ages across the lifespan, but have recently focused on teens and adults. I use an eclectic approach to therapy utilizing various techniques that include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, solutions focused therapy, and person-centered therapy.

I look forward to meeting you where you are at and coming along side of you to find hope and change in your life as we work towards meeting your goals!

After almost three years of weekly therapy, Roger continues to help me learn and grow. He is a master of analogies and helps put things in perspective. He's helped me on my journey to sobriety and incited great change during the lows of my addiction. With some sobriety under my belt, things are taking off in life and I'm becoming the person I want to be!
