Mia came into my life at a time where I was trying to navigate a complicated situation and had no clear direction of where my life was headed. Talking to her has been so healing, reassuring, and incredible as she acts a great sounding board and provides great guidance to help you figure out your next steps in life.
As a helper/healer, I found it even more comforting that Mia identifies this way too! It helped me feel seen, heard, and understood.

Amazing, compassionate, insightful and kind. Responds quickly and doesn’t mind messaging with me for however long it takes to get to a stopping point on my end. My very first therapy experience and Mia is incredible. Thank you, Mia.
