About me
I hold a Master’s Degree (MA) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, along with a post-qualification diploma in Couple’s Counselling. I have over eight years of experience working with individuals in various settings, including hospices, domestic abuse charities, and private practice. Additionally, I am an ADI-R assessor, conducting comprehensive interviews for children and adults requiring neurological assessments, while also providing therapeutic counselling for neurodivergent individuals.
My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, domestic abuse, relationship challenges, separation, divorce, trauma, bereavement, spiritual concerns, identity, cultural issues, and more.
