Rosalind was one of the best therapists I’ve had in my adult life. She knows when to just listen and really assisted me in helping set healthy boundaries in my life. I owe a lot of where I am now to her and I couldn’t recommend anyone better.

Rosalind is absolutely wonderful, her energy is great and I feel very heard and seen during our sessions. She has provided me with excellent coping mechanisms for my anxiety and the conversations we have about my mental health journey have been great for reflection on my part as well as accountability. I appreciate the “homework” that we plan out during our sessions, it’s been great at providing a concrete, visible, and traceable journey for me and I’m learning how well that works for me.
She listens well, has excellent advice and wisdom to share out, and it makes me feel very taken care of!
Thank you Rosalind!! I definitely recommend her:)
