I am licensed in Florida with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I have experience working with people of all ages. I am primarily a person centered therapist, I am also able to pull from a variety of counseling theories and techniques. I believe it is important to help the client identify their goals and work in collaboration towards those goals.
