After one year of therapy I can say I am very happy with my therapist and with the way I see myself coping with life.
When compared to the feelings and thoughts I had when started, I now see a lot of improvement in my everyday life and I am grateful.
I don't believe in chance.
My therapist has been the right person at the right time, with his professionality, experience and good manners.

I was really nervous starting therapy after so many years, but Russ has been nothing short of a great listener and very supportive and helpful for me. If I would’ve known how comfortable it really is talking to somebody like him, I would’ve done this years ago!
