Ruth is a very understanding person, she has helped me to understand things about myself that I haven't necessarily considered. She also understands the limitations of working full time and how that affects my free time to be able to have appointments or video chats.
I would recommend her to anyone, she is so knowledgeable and empathetic. She's awesome.

Ruth is absolutely amazing! I don't have enough good things to say about this sweet, caring, empathetic, and intelligent lady! You know right from the start that she is highly experienced and knows what she is doing. Ruth is extremely gifted in guiding conversations and you don't feel like you spent the entire hour talking about yourself by the end of it. She's also very patient and never rushes you. I could not have been matched with a better counsellor for my first attempt at therapy!

I started talking to Ruth a couple of months ago and she has really been a great anchor to talk to during the ups and downs of my life. Talking to someone is intimidating at first, but Ruth has always made me feel comfortable. She gives me great insight on my own thoughts and behaviors that allow me to view myself in a different light. I highly recommend!

Ruth is kind and a really good listener. I was hesitant about doing online therapy and I feel much better with it after a few sessions with her. She really knows her stuff.
