I cannot say enough good about Ruth. We are only a couple of weeks in and I am already in awe of what I am learning and how seen/understood I feel. She is very professional but also , I feel like I’ve known her for so long. I am so grateful. Feeling very hopeful, looking forward to things ahead .

As she listens to me, she has "heard" key words that i didn't even know i was saying.
I appreciate that she does that, and realizes that i know my anxiety comes from something deeper and helping me to chip away to find it.

I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Ruth. She is amazing and has helped me to understand how to use “my tools.” She has given me an opportunity to really learn about who I am and to truly appreciate myself. She has helped me understand that I am worth, valued and that I can handle anything thrown at me. She has given me back myself which has been missing for a very long time. Ruth has helped me find my confidence and provided me with the necessary skills to set up boundaries.
Ruth is an asset to your team. She has been a life-saver for me.

Ruth has been someone I have learned to rely on and it helps knowing that she is not only there but is there to support my goals as well as when I have issues that are preventing me from achieving my goals. She helps guide me and keeps me focused on my achievements. I’m overwhelmed on a daily basis she helps me see what I’m accomplishing. Directs me toward a better paths. Just by having someone who listens and gives feedback is helping. And by doing so gives me motivation to get back up. Thank you Ruth!
