Ryan has been such a great and supportive therapist. He has been able to be there for me as I manage challenges in my past and in my present. I have absolutely noticed improvements in my mental health because of Ryan’s support. I’ve had other therapists in the past, but with Ryan I have found the most support and I’ve noticed that I made the most significant improvements. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone who is willing to put in the work and better their lives. I am also thankful for BetterHelp and the platform that it provides for people who are willing to tackle and improve their mental health.

He does a great job of repeating back what you express to make you feel listened to. Offers practical solutions to problems. Very punctual. Never gives a off a sense that he’s judging you. Definitely recommend.
