Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Ryan Lisman. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

My therapy sessions with Ryan are always effective as I always came out understanding a bit more about myself and my past traumas.
His approach to diving deep into one's issues and questioning one's own beliefs about such issues has helped me overcome past trauma, trauma that had kept me from growing as a person for so long.
His guided meditation assisted me in taking the first steps into the new me, shedding away old beliefs and becoming comfortable with my new self. Thank you Ryan.

Ryan has been instrumental in my quest to improve myself and to re-center my life. I reached out to therapy for a very specific problem, but he has helped me to reach beyond the surface and find why I was responding so poorly to specific events in my life and why I was triggered so easily. He's been nothing but encouraging, non-judgmental and helpful.

Ryan listens to me and provides provoking questions that help me to think about my issues and resolve them.

Ryan is very relatable, down-to-Earth, and understands when to come in with questions. He values everything you say instead of reading into just one part. Really great!
