About me

I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Indiana. I have worked in various environments including community mental health and university counseling services which has enabled me to counsel individuals on a variety of issues including grief & loss, depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions and relationship concerns.

I believe that the role of a counselor is to meet someone where they are at, come along side of them and assist them in their journey, all of the time realizing that they are in control of their next steps. My job is to help you realize which steps you want to take then aid you in the process of implementation. My counseling style is relational, interactive, eclectic and based on the beliefs above. I will listen, try to understand, then help you understand.

It takes courage to actively seek assistance. I applaud your vulnerability and am ready to listen and offer assistance.

Ryan is absolutely amazing. He quickly responds to my messages and always gives me great advice and input. He is really helping me with my grief and helping me get through some things that I never thought I would feel comfortable enough to talk about, but he is right there when I need him to give me the absolute best advice. He is the best therapist I have ever had. Very thoughtful, attentive, and supportive
