Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sacha Whittaker. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Sacha has been a great support to me, and is really invested in ensuring positive outcomes at my own pace.

Communication is great, and I have felt that I can reach out whenever needed for support or encouragement, and always receive a thoughtful response.

This has been the beginning of my self care journey but I now fully intend to continue after seeing the progress I have made within the first month.

Thank you Sacha!
