I’ve only had two sessions so far but Dr. Good has already helped me in so many ways!!! I look forward to our sessions and come away with new skills and new ways of thinking of things. I’m realizing I have a lot of work to do, and a lot of my anxiety and stress levels could be improved by simply taking better care of myself physically. I am trying to incorporate more walks and exercise and taking moments to do self care. Dr Good has been wonderful to work with. Between my health journey with Endometriosis, overwhelm by my high-stress job, and navigating life holistically, she's able to come alongside me with her incomparable expertise. Dr. Good is amazing! Not only is she a great listener but she also tells it like it is. She doesn't shy away from the hard topics and says the hard things that I need to hear sometimes. She doesn't cater to my ego which is exactly what I need. I've been meeting with her for about a year now and it's a relationship I've enjoyed every minute of it. I feel like I'm a whole new me, or at least that I understand myself so much better than I did a year ago.
