Samantha has been the best therapist I’ve ever had. She has been so supportive and helpful and a calming force in my life. She’s taught me so many valuable skills and helped me during some very difficult times. I looked forward to our sessions and her encouraging words and will miss our conversations. She is very patient and kind and thoughtful and always responded with constructive feedback.

Samantha has been a world of support, and she does her very best for me! Her quality in her conversations and in her suggestions for improvement have helped my own situation out tremendously, and over the year that I worked with her, I have improved to a place where I feel comfortable again. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is phenomenal and her performance is stunning!

She has a calming, understanding voice and does well with helping to calm me down when I am upset. She helps to validate feelings and gives great coping mechanisms as well as advice. Therapy sessions with her are more than just venting. You will feel like you are understand as well as getting feedback and advice on the problems you are having or problems you have with yourself.

Samantha Schmitt is one of the most compassionate, empathetic and helpful therapists I’ve ever had. She helps me to think of the challenges I’m dealing with by offering insight into ways of thinking I didn’t realize or even thought about before. I feel seen and heard by her which isn’t something I can say about therapists I have had in the past. I am learning so much about coping mechanisms and what can cause some of the mental health challenges I have been dealing with for years but never truly understood why. I can’t say enough good things about her and would recommend her to anyone who is ready and willing to do the work.
