Sana is a great therapist - I always feel like I've grown and learnt more about myself after our sessions. She is a great listener and is skilled at asking the right questions to explore the issues. I always value and enjoy our sessions.

She has helped me so much, she always listens and makes me feel heard. I wouldn’t trade her for another as I feel that she has learned about me and understands me in a way that other therapists have not

Sana offers an incredibly supportive, empathic and effective therapy space for me to explore and process the material I bring. I often struggle to process my themes during general day to day spaces due to my mind having the tendency to easily get tangled. Sana's approach allows me the much needed space to lay out any themes and challenges which greatly assists me towards steadier steps with navigating the work. I leave my therapy sessions with greater confidence, skills and ability to manage my challenges. Sana really commits to the space and truly sees/ hears me. Thank you for your continued support & I look forward to continuing this journey! :)

I absolutely love Sana and I've only had a couple of sessions so far. She is caring, kind, and knows the right things to say and the best questions to ask. I look forward to seeing where things go.
