I tried therapy with multiple therapist and I started to become very discouraged. I felt like I wasn’t connecting with anyone. I decided to give better help a last shot at therapy and I am so grateful that I did. I was able to connect with Sandra. She has made my experience, extremely positive. I feel very supported by her, and I can’t express enough gratitude. Thank you for helping me work through my thoughts and making me feel safe. That’s all I ever wanted to feel in therapy. She is truly wonderful.

Sandra has been wonderful to work with. She keeps me accountable and prompts difficult discussions, while creating space for me to be comfortable having those discussions. She has also given excellent resources for me to continue work between sessions

Sandra is an amazing therapist and mirror! She is so engaging, listens to everything I have to say, validates my thoughts/feelings/emotions, and is able to effectively channel my mind in to new or different ways of thinking. I highly recommend her... She's a brilliant, empathic and kind woman. I feel like I hit the jackpot with her!
