Sandy Seward, LPC
About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in Texas. I have four years of experience helping individuals and couples navigate life transitions, career development, and personal challenges. My passion lies in working with couples to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and enhance emotional intimacy.
I understand the demands of a busy professional life, which is why I offer evening availability to accommodate clients' schedules. Additionally, I provide messaging support between sessions, ensuring ongoing guidance with timely responses.
My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help couples and individuals develop effective coping strategies, set and achieve meaningful goals, and improve emotional connection. I also assist clients in creating (Specific, Measurable, Action-Oriented, Realistic, and Timely) S.M.A.R.T. goals to promote clarity and progress in both personal and relational growth.
Taking the first step toward healing and growth requires courage and commitment. If you are ready to invest in yourself and your relationship, I am here to support you every step of the way.
I look forward to working with you and helping you build a stronger, more fulfilling connection.
