About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in Texas. I have 4 years of experience helping clients through career development, personal challenges, and life role transitions. Most of my clients are working adults so I like to offer weekend availability so that clients can make an appointment at a time that works best for them.
My current availability for video, phone, and chat sessions are:
Monday: 9 AM-5 PM
Tuesday: 9 AM-5 PM
Wednesday-Closed
Thursday-Closed
Friday-Closed
Saturday: 9 AM-5 PM
Sunday: 9 AM-5 PM
Messages between sessions are also available. I usually respond the same/next day in the evenings.
My experience includes assisting clients develop (Specific, Measurable, Action Oriented, Realistic, and Timely) S.M.A.R.T. goals, providing guidance and coping skills to managing stress, anxiety, and depression. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients build confidence and achieve their goals.
