About me
During these unprecedented times many of us need extra support and more than ever a listening ear to share our experiences. Everyone's journey with social isolation is unique - we are all coping differently. However, stress, anxiety, depression and fear for the future are widespread. I'm an experienced licensed therapist and counselor, former Fortune 50 executive with experience in Hospital Psychiatric facilities and as a Peace Corps Response volunteer in Africa working in crisis and high stress public health situations. I also offer you safety and support during times of crisis or whenever you or your family may feel out of your depth.
Having faced my own life challenges I'm especially looking forward to hearing your story and working together towards the solutions you're searching for. My most meaningful partnerships are with clients who embrace collaboration and creativity in their paths to finding the life they want for themselves, their family and friends.

She has been absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful. I've over the years had tried at least 20 different therapists, and she by far has been the most helpful. Highly recommend :)

I feel so lucky to have been matched with Sara. In her presence I felt safe enough to bring to light issues I had been too afraid to even acknowledge for years. Sara always gave me the space I needed to meander and explore problems in my own time no matter how long that was. Sara has unfortunately succeeded in helping me to become a healthier person however and so our regular sessions are coming to an end but I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her on a steady basis. She is one of the most supportive and genuine people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and I could not recommend her services enough.

Being with Sara has truly opened my eyes in ways that I hadn’t imagined. It hasn’t always been easy, and it is actually through those challenging times that I have been able to learn the most from being in relationship with Sara. Sometimes, we learn the most from relationships that seemingly do not work in ways we had hoped. This time I have had with Sara has also reemphasized that sometimes what needs to be addressed isn’t necessarily what we had in mind upon entering therapy and that’s okay. My time with Sara reflects these points in a meaningful way. Although, our time together is drawing to a close, it has put me in a position to reflect on how I am being and what I’m actually doing in relation to who I want to be. It has helped me regain my footing toward continuing to become my authentic self and creating an authentic professional identity. Thank you, Sara, for remaining in partnership with me throughout my confusion and this part of my journey in being my authentic self.

I’ve known Sara for less than six months but it feels like much longer. She has helped me change my life completely and trust my intuition. She’s helping me out up boundaries around toxic people snd situations and focus on the positive people and things in my life. I can’t recommend her enough!
