Sara Ford is such a sweet, caring, patient therapist. I’ve had therapists before and all of them have led me to leave therapy. But Sara has been the ONLY therapist to truly make me feel accepted and welcomed (flaws AND strengths). Sara no only focuses on how to help you grow but also nourishes your current strengths

Sara and I haven’t been working together very long but I felt a connection with her right away. I trust her with stories difficult to share and her expertise and I’m truly looking forward to more work with her. Sara truly listens and understands and I haven’t had that with a therapist before. Thank you for what you do!
