About me

I am licensed in Texas with five years working as a social worker, but many years of lived experience. My primary areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief, with specific trainings in EMDR and grief counseling. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor, so we build a treatment plan together based off where you are now, your needs, and your goals. I approach therapy from a strengths perspective as I work with people to build resilience, promote self-determination, and learn effective coping skills. A journey begins with a single step, I would be honored to be able to walk with you as you work to improve the balance of life and the many roles we play.
