Sarah has been a consistent part of my mental health care for the last two years. Her insight and thoughtful support has been instrumental in helping me navigate my relationship, parenting and recovery from anxiety and depression. Sarah is easy to talk to, and an engaged listener who keeps in touch between appointments. I know I can count on her and am so grateful for her support!

Sarah is on it. She listens. She replies. She provides worksheets and life examples. She's so kind and adorable but has life experience under her belt. I absolutely love therapy with Sarah.

Meeting Sarah is the best thing that happened to me since I decided to get a therapist. Sarah is patient, kind, genuinely cares, genuinely loves, actively looks out for me, and cares about me more than I cared about myself. Sarah has taught me self-awareness and self-love. I am making good progress. I would recommend her 100% to anyone looking for a therapist.
