After our first sessoin, there was this peace that swept through me and that has stayed with me, peace that I had longed for and that I did not have for a very long time. That alone, I'd say, speaks volumes of what I have gained - being led by her questions and insights on a journey of self-discovery. And for that, I am grateful. Sarah is listening carefully what I say and is always there for me, encouraging me and offering me new ways to look at my life and problems. As soon as I read about her expertise I somehow sensed I could trust her. I would describe Sarah as understanding, compassionate, calm, down-to-earth and intelligent, you are in safe hands with her!
