I’ve had the privilege of being a therapist for 15 years, and I feel grateful for every moment of connection I share with my clients.
I help clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, self-worth and confidence, and depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in your healing journey. It takes courage to seek out support, and you are not alone. I feel passionate about helping clients develop self-compassion and a sense of worthiness, as well as helping them feel safe to explore the full range of human emotions.
