Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sarah Claridge. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

So far, Sarah has been amazing at facilitating conversations and guiding me to look deeper into things that I'm good at just glazing over. I, with my ADHD, am very easily tangential, and she helps to reel me back in to the main ideas we discuss.

Working with Sarah has been an absolute pleasure. She is very respectful and a magnificent listener. She has helped me so much in the short amount of time that I've had her as my therapist to gain a better understanding of what's going on in my specific situation as well as understand the need to ensure that I'm doing things for myself versus everyone else. I would recommend her to anyone!!!

Sarah has been the best therapist I have ever spoken to. She has been so patient with me. Listens to me when I need her to listen, gives me a gentle push when I need one and is always building my confidence.
