Sarah makes me feel totally safe to be myself. No guard or shield or pretence is required. She listens and really considers what is being said. I always feel like I am having a genuine conversation, we share ideas and talk about articles we’ve read or mindfulness practices to try. There is no pressure; Sarah’s style is calm and productive and she is great at sending a little message to check in with you, between sessions. Helps keep the momentum up. Sarah is a great support and will always share her enthusiasm and encouragement for you and your journey.
