Sarah is an amazing therapist- I really look forward to our sessions. Not only is she a brilliant listener, but she asks very relevant and thought provoking questions that make me look at things in a new & different light. She also has a very caring, kind demeanour and is extremely understanding of all the issues I am going through. Her sessions have really helped me work through my emotions and given me more confidence in myself. I would definitely recommend her as a therapist.
