Sarah Fox, BACP
About me
I qualified as a person-centred counsellor in the UK in 2012 and have been working with clients since then. I have experience in helping individuals with bereavement, grief and loss, including end of life and palliative care, as well as stress and anxiety, relationship issues, self esteem and confidence difficulties. I believe I am a kind, compassionate person, and I feel privileged to have worked with many different people over the years, being alongside them during some of the most difficult periods in their lives. I have the upmost respect for anyone trying counselling or asking for support, and I will do my best to help you during this process by offering you a safe, non-judgemental space to talk.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sarah Fox. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Ms Fox is a attentious listener, who demonstrates empathy and interest. She is experienced and helps pull complex subjects gently. And helps keeping the timming before the session ends. I am grateful for her support.
