Sarah is so warm, kind, encouraging and listens. I can tell she truly cares about me and wants to help me with my issues. I am so thankful I found her!

Sarah has been an angel for me. Outside of Better Help I’d almost given up on finding a therapist I could let my guard down with. Sarah has created a safe place for me to face internalized pain at a pace that I set while championing me to cross hurdles that were scary and painful. It’s really hard for me to let go and open up. Sarah has also provided alternative therapy methods that I can not recommend enough for anyone who has experienced mental abuse. It might not be for everyone, but she helped me reprogram my feelings. I can’t thank her enough.
