About me
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota. I have 5 years experience working with depression, anxiety, depression, trauma, self esteem and self worth. I use a mainly CBT model and have also been trained in CBT-Insomnia.
My therapy style is client centered, warm, and meeting the client where they are at while also challenging the client in an appropriate and gentle way. Therapy is about you as the client and I will modify my method to fit what you need.
Therapy can be scary at first and being able to connect with a therapist you trust can make a difference I hope to be that therapist for you.
