Sarah is awesome! I have never used BetterHelp before, and I appreciated how quickly we were able to tackle my concerns and help me regain control of my emotions. I enjoy how Sarah challenges me to keep progress moving outside of the session with reflection exercises and the results I am seeing after only two sessions. Although it wasn’t for many sessions Sarah was able to see where the majority of my struggles were and lead me in the right direction. I was having issues with my personal relationships at the time and she taught me that I should be setting boundaries for myself.
