I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, grief, neurodiversity & inclusion, parenting issues, anger management, & career difficulties. I work with my clients to create a nurturing, open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you, at a deep level in that process and want you to feel hope during our sessions.

So far I've had only two sessions with Sarah but I have found them really beneficial and useful. Sarah quickly understood my concerns and asked very pertinent questions, making very useful suggestions. I'm looking forward to continuing receiving her support.

I appreciate so much how kind Sarah is and also what I’m so grateful for is that she has an understanding and experience and empathy for neurodiversity especially Dyspraxia and ADHD, which is hard to find!
