I am so grateful to have Sarah as my therapist. As a single mom of two young girls, life can be overwhelming, but Sarah’s patience and understanding are endless. She has an incredible way of guiding me through my past wounds while simultaneously offering me practical tools to improve my present and future. I leave each session feeling empowered, challenged, and excited to continue bettering myself, especially for my kids.
What truly stands out is Sarah’s ability to see and understand every facet of my life. She’s non-judgmental but direct, offering insights that are always thoughtful and to the point. Sessions with her never feel wasted—every moment is valuable. I appreciate her support and the profound impact she’s had on my journey. Sarah truly feels like a trusted friend, and I am so thankful for the positive changes she’s helping me make.

I can imagine it must be difficult to work with people like this - people are so layered and it takes so much time to get to know what has brought someone to better help. I have been working with Sarah for a short few weeks - she has a great way of listening for understanding, asking the right questions and a patience that seems to know there is much to uncover.

Sarah’s style of therapy worked very well for me, it helped me work through some issues that I had that were the underlying cause for depression.
Sarah is very direct and honest, usually on the spot, while some do not like this approach it works well for me.
