Sarah has been a rock for me in the last year. I’ve gone through some serious breakups and betrayals, changes in my body and medicine I’m taking, changes in my work, and she has been there every step of the way. Allowing me to grow on my own while also providing tools for me to cope with change. I’m so grateful for her and would recommend her to anyone.

Sarah is kind, caring and thoughtful. She brings together things I have told her over multiple sessions to give insight and work through underlying issues. She offers effective techniques and tools for me to use with myself, always supports me and is neverendingly warm, friendly and patient.

I have really enjoyed working with Sarah! She really listens and provides great feedback. I feel really comfortable saying how I am feeling in a safe space and she had lots of times available for phone calls.
