Together, I hope to enhance your resilience with internal strengths/ external resources, develop post-traumatic growth, heal attachment wounds, break unhealthy patterns, & regulate your nervous system.
I provide counseling using CBT and SFBT, along with a variety of trauma-informed tools & techniques from a variety of therapies like EMDR. I integrate internal-parts work, attachment-based, somatic, existential, strengths-based, psychodynamic, culturally-sensitive, & diverse holistic practices.
Also, in my spare time, I enjoy being on and in the water, playing with my dogs, learning, volunteering, traveling far and wide, and trying new cuisines around town with friends and family.

I am a beginner into the therapy/counseling world and Sarah has done an amazing job making me feeling welcome and heard. It was so important to me that i wold be able to have a safe space to talk about my thoughts and be vulnerable. Sarah has created just that! A space where anything can be talked about. She truly hears what you have to say and gives feedback and even recommendations of new methods or techniques that would help you. I highly recommend her!

I have only had one session with Sarah so far, but I eagerly await the next one. Sarah did a great of job of putting me at ease and creating a comfortable environment to express and assess my concerns.

Sarah has helped me through a lot. She made me feel really at ease which was made it very easy to open up. I feel like no matter what we were talking about she was really on my side and wanted the best for me.

Sarah made me feel completely at ease while I was experiencing severe anxiety attacks. I was in need of a friendly non-judgmental ear and she completely exceeded my expectations. Having been through traditional counseling with other mental health professionals, it always takes a while for me to get comfortable to really become vulnerable and share what's going on with me. I did not feel any sense of judgment or criticism from Sarah. On the contrary, she made me feel like I was not alone and that I was in a safe space. I highly recommend if you have the opportunity to take the time to speak with Sarah as she is an empathetic listener she has helped me out tremendously.

Sarah is an extremely wonderful person who was always there to give me support when I needed it most. She helped me work through my own problems and view things in a new light. I am so thankful that she has been able to help me in my times of struggle and doubt. Sadly I am moving away from Florida and will no longer be able to use her services. I highly recommend her to anyone who may be considering counseling. Thank you!
