Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sarah Poplinski. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Sarah (LPC) has been incredible to work with so far. I've worked with a few counselors in the past (LCSW) and felt like I was just talking at them rather than working through things with them. Sarah's style is so helpful in that she poses questions that help me learn about myself, provides resources I can refer to long-term, gently questions my beliefs while proposing "seeds" or insights, and validates my feelings. I feel like Sarah really digs in during our sessions, and she's also encouraged me to seek sustainable avenues of support/relationship growth outside of therapy.
