About me
Reaching out for help takes a lot of courage and I applaud you for taking the first step.
I enjoy working with my clients is a private non-judgmental setting and encouraging them to be their best selves. I have worked with a range of different clients and through hard work and patience they have made progress in their personal lives. There is no better feeling in the world than seeing your client make meaningful progress and make positive changes in their lives. I like to describe my style as solution focused while taking the time to understand your emotions and feelings throughout this process. Each person is unique and I like to spend time getting to know you as an individual as we work together.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been work volunteering and working as a social worker for over 10 years. I completed my Bachelors degree at Florida State University and completed my Masters degree at Barry University in Miami, majoring in Social Work for both. Currently I live in South Florida with my two large dogs and enjoy the beautiful warm weather.
I look forward to getting to know you and being by your side through this process.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Sarah Spiro. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I am incredibly grateful to have Sarah as my therapist. Her patience and unwavering support have been instrumental in my personal growth. I appreciate how she holds me accountable while also using gentle, compassionate language. When I first started with BetterHelp, I struggled with consistency and frequently changed therapists. However, when I began working with Sarah, everything changed. Initially, we communicated via messages, and she gave me the space I needed without judgment. As I became more open and moved to video chats, my consistency improved. Now, we connect several times a month, and her support has been crucial to my development. I don't say it enough, but I am truly thankful for her.

Sarah listens to my concerns, big or small, and helped me learn to advocate for myself. She's always available via messaging or in person and wants to tailor the experience to what I'm looking to get out of therapy as it's evolved over time.
