I find Sarah to be very empathetic and a really good listener. She really strives to help me identify behaviors that help my long term mental health. Thanks.

I was afraid to seek counseling, I hesitated when I needed it most, put it off, shuffled my feet and let my problems fester. I finally reached out for help and I do not regret it. I am finally able to talk to someone and organize my thoughts and problems. I have a ways to go but I am grateful for Sarah's listening ear and help.
