Sarah is very down to earth and approachable. Starting therapy can be very intimidating, but she makes it quite painless. She makes it easy to open up and gives a comforting environment to do so. Sarah is an awesome therapist that helps you apply strategies to real world situations. It took me several hours to find the right therapist, but I feel that I've found gold, she's helped me with so much in such a short period of time. Thank you!

She’s literally an angel. I was hesitant to start therapy again because I knew I’d have to re share old trauma/experiences, but she made it so easy. So incredibly kind, intelligent, and well-spoken. Highly recommend her!
