About me

I am a psychologist licensed in Missouri. I completed my PsyD at Wheaton College in 2018 and have worked in a variety of settings, including college counseling, inpatient and outpatient mental health and, most recently, VA. I have worked with clients with a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and more.

My therapy style is compassionate and client-centered. I listen carefully to make sure I have a clear understanding of each person and their unique concerns. My approach draws from cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies, as well as Motivational Interviewing.

I believe each person and their story is sacred, and none of us are meant to go through life alone. I feel honored when clients trust me with their story, allowing me to join with them on their journey for a season and to bear witness to both their pain and their progress. I am here to help.

Great, kind, compassionate, caring individual who is always ready and willing to listen to your concerns and problems no matter how insignificant they may seem. She provides great feedback and helps brainstorm solutions and coping mechanisms.
