I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Counseling. I have 6 years of experience working in the mental health field. I am a Nationally board certified, Licensed professional counselor working with teens and adults. I empower individuals and families to achieve goals and create healthy relationships.

If you are having difficulty managing pain, feeling overwhelmed, struggling with insomnia or dealing with grief and loss; we will work together to face these challenges. I believe every individual has within themselves the capacity for growth, change, and positive thinking. I believe that instilling hope is the foundation for healing. I utilize strength-based and trauma-informed care.

I will help you with pain management, decreasing anxiety and regulating mood, navigating life changing events, improving positive thoughts, and processing grief and loss.

The first session was great but after that I really just felt like Sarina was watching the clock. I also picked up on a very non chalant, almost uninterested vibe from her. I never felt comfortable coming back.

Sarina is amazing and caring! She challenges you with kindness and compassion. I only wish her sessions were longer than 30 minutes and that she were more available.
