Saul Martinez, LCSW
About me
I have had the opportunity to work in this field for 15 years, first as a caseworker and eventually as a Social Worker. In my time working with clients in foster care I have had the privilege of helping youth and their families come back together with supports to ensure their health, wellness and ability to thrive. My approach is solution focused and informed by the use of cognitive behavior therapy to assist my clients in making decisions that empower them in their wellbeing. Overall, I would say that my experience has led me to understand that the road to a better life is determined in collaboration with the clients I have had the opportunity to serve and fortifying a clients network of support has always led to positive outcomes.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Saul Martinez. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Saul is simply an amazing person and a great therapist. I started looking into therapy as a friend of mine suggested that I do. I didn't think I would get anything from it and didn't realize the benefits.
I have to say that it's one of the best things I have ever done for myself.
I have come to look forward to my call with Saul even when things are going well. We discover things I didn't see coming.
He tells me what he thinks and gives me ways to work on myself, whether a project or some reading and reflection, but I always see a different side or approach to how I bring the discussion. I've often just been blown away with feedback that, after being given, makes me wonder why I didn't see it earlier.
I am thankful and blessed to have met Saul.
