I’ve been so pleased with Sdhari and the assistance she has provided me during our sessions. She instantly conveys a genuine warmth, concern and interest in the subject. Even more so, she is realistic and practical in her theoretical approaches. I appreciate her active and effective listening, the specific guidance and tools, and even the self-awareness she helped me to realize. Building a rapport with her was not at all as difficult as I would have expected it to be in therapy. Her years of experience, education and expertise speak for themselves in her effectiveness. I look forward to working with Sdhari in the future.

As a nurse living through COVID in the hospital, I felt my mental health suffering and reached out for help. I am so grateful I found Sdhari. She has helped me learn to live with the stress at work while refreshing my perspective at times and prioritizing self-care. It is very helpful to have my weekly meetings with her and talk about whatever is challenging me. She is very good at listening and offering ideas that keep me balanced and healthy. I can’t imagine getting through this past year without her professional guidance. Sdhari is an outstanding clinician.
