Sean has been very understanding, relatable, accommodating, insightful, and much more the whole time I’ve been working with him. His unwavering support especially has always meant a lot. He’s helped me with a wide range of issues and subjects and helped me grow more into the person I’ve been wanting to be than I used to believe I could. I really, truly value his wisdom, experience, and encouragement; and I definitely want to continue to work with him.

Sean is the most thoughtful and caring therapist I’ve interacted with before. He is very direct, and is able to help me identify actionable steps to improve my mental health through shared decision making. I look forward to our appointments, and he has helped me get to know myself in ways I didn’t know were possible.

Sean has always been very responsive to my journal entries and messages. I a greatly appreciate that he responds with ways that I can take action to help myself in the moment, it shows that he cares, and that he wants me to learn how to work through this for myself, and learn how to heal myself, which is the whole reason why I came here.
