About me

Hi there, and welcome. A little about me: I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Washington and Nevada. I emphasize a unique, deceptively laid back yet intentional and collaborative approach that begins with deep listening and understanding in a nonjudgmental, supportive space. This allows me to create individualized treatment that results in meaningful personal growth and overall life satisfaction.
I work with individuals in the areas of trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management, emotional dysregulation, life balance, identity and self esteem.
I am passionate about my work and building strong, trusting, open therapeutic alliances to be the best advocate for her clients. (Reaching out for support is not always easy - here is an invitation to take a moment for yourself to acknowledge that and offer some self compassion if it resonates.)
