My background consists of 20 years of professional work experience in the healthcare and mental health industry. I am clinically licensed in Mississippi and have diverse experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, and coping with life changes. My therapy style is engaging and interactive, with a touch of warmth and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
