Dr. Blanton has been very helpful in my therapy sessions. He has provided many tools that have been essential in my recovery. He listens well but also provides meaningful feedback and asks questions that aid in my understanding and application of the tools we are working with.

Dr. Blanton and I have only been working together for a short while now, but from day one he has made me feel comfortable opening up and discussing things I have nowhere else to discuss. I’m a humorous person especially in discussing difficult things and he plays off of that well and this really allows me to be myself in our sessions. I feel I am fairly self aware and have a interest in behavioral psychology, especially in regards to my ADD and how it effects me and my relationships. Places where I thought I knew what was going on he has challenged me to look at from different perspectives and he also is that voice to remind me to do things I do already know. I appreciate my opportunity to be working with him and will continue to do so as long as the need is there and he is available.
