About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over six years of professional work experience as a Clinician. I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and have undergone extensive training in the outpatient setting.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of challenges, most commonly issues pertaining to: depression, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting, career challenges, self- esteem, confidence and trauma. I have experience in utilizing cognitive- behavioral therapy, trauma- focused cognitive behavioral therapy, trust- based relational interventions, parent- child interaction therapy, and motivational interviewing.
I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment! Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process!
