About me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with many years of experience as a therapist, wellness coach, and self-help author. Please note that I currently only see BetterHelp clients on Saturdays. If this will not work for you, please seek out another provider.

I utilize a flexible therapy approach that combines empathy with cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused strategies to help individuals work through difficulties and feel more empowered and fulfilled in their daily lives. Although I treat both men and women in my therapy practice, I have a specialty in women's issues and women's health, with particular expertise in the areas of depression, anxiety, wellness and self-care, health behaviors, adjustment to motherhood, stress management, postpartum depression and anxiety, chronic illness/pain, body image, eating disorders, and weight loss.

In my work as a therapist, I value my clients' own goals and desires for counseling, while bringing my professional expertise, ideas, and strategies to the table.
